Merchandise must be received within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.

If you do not have your packing list, please indicate your order number on or inside your package.
Once your package is received, your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days to the original form of payment. We do not offer refunds on open products, partially used products, or products that have proof of tampering.
